Unable to login?

You were assigned a user name (typically your CSL), a password and a second factor QR code (used to enroll your mobile device)

To login successfully, you will need to provide your username(CSL) and password + your second factor code, provided by your mobile device.

For instance, if your username is jsmith and your password is abcd and your current second factor code is 123456, you need to enter jsmith in the Login field and abcd123456 in the Password field.
